Decorate inside of the Legion (8)

We need people helping to decorate inside and setting up for the celebration

Decorate Outside (The pavilion, the bridge) (7)

You will be helping to decorate the outside of the venue

Set up and Collect Food and drink donations (4)

You will be setting up the food and drink area and collecting food and drink donations when dropped off

Outside collecting game that are borrowed for the night and (2)

You will be setting up the games in the pavillion, on the lawn, and the movie screen

Meet the DJ and Photo booth company and make sure they have what they need to set up (2)

We may need you to help in any last minute set up that is needed

Check students in for the event (4)

Be sure to wear you Hawaiian attire as you will be the first first people students see when they arrive at 7pm

Chaperone the dance floor and photo both area (3)

Food and drink distribution (5)

You will be pouring drinks and replenishing food on the table

Rovers (5)

We need you to help inside or out wherever is needed

Outside chaperoning the pavilion and the grassy area (5)

Check students out of event (4)

Arrive by 8:45 to set up table and gift bags to check students out of the event.

Clean Up and take down decorations (15)

We have many balloons to pop, decorations to take down, food and drink to clean up! Hopefully we are done well before 11pm but we must be done by 11 pm so we need many hands!
