Thompson Education Foundation
Thompson Education Foundation's Help Kids Succeed school supply program makes a difference for students from the moment they enter the classroom at the beginning of the school year.
2020-2021 was a challenging year for our TSD families and schools have requested an increase in backpack numbers for our upcoming school year. After a year of hybrid learning, teachers and students are excited to engage in classroom learning in the fall and school supplies remain necessary for success.
This summer, TEF volunteers will fill over 1,700 backpacks with supplies for elementary, middle and high school students.
Volunteers are needed! We are allowed to have a higher number of volunteers this year as COVID restrictions wane but will still maintain more shifts with slightly smaller numbers to keep more space open between volunteers.
HKS shifts are very popular. Please sign up for only 1 shift per person so that others can participate. You will receive an email with final details a few days before your shift.
2021 Volunteer Guidelines
-You MUST pre-register for a shift. No walk-ins or extra guests are allowed
