DSACO has joined forces with personal trainer and strength and conditioning expert, Luke Larson, to offer fitness classes! Fitness Classes are broken down by age group and are open to participnats with Down syndrome! We ask that volunteers come ready to work out, have a good time and ensure that each particpant remains safe and encouraged throughout the workout! Please bring a water bottle, hand towel, your tennis shoes and get ready to SWEAT IT OUT with your DSACO friends!
