Hollymead Staff Appreciation Week

2019 Hollymead Staff Appreciation Week supplies and volunteers

Please help us celebrate the wonderful staff of Hollymead Elementary School the week of May 6-10th. We need your help to make this event a success. We are looking for cooks, bakers, supplies and volunteers. Our schedule this year is as follows:

***Tuesday: Cookout in the atrium

***Monday: Breakfast/Smoothie cart

Wednesday: International Food day

Thursday: Soup and Salads

Friday: Dessert day

We would love your support in providing these meals for our staff who care for our children daily. Please consider signing up to bring some of the items listed, cooking a favorite dish, baking a dessert or volunteering your time. 

A note for International food day: We would love to introduce our staff's palette to something ethnic. If you have a favorite dish that you would like to share, Wednesday is the day. When you sign up, please provide the name of the dish that you will provide. 

Items needed for a specific day will have the date noted on the request. Please plan to have all supplies delivered to the office by 10:00 am on the date of request. All other items can be delivered by 10:00 am Monday, May 6th. FOR TUESDAY: BREAKFAST/SMOOTHIE CART, PLEASE HAVE ALL ITEMS THERE BY 8:00 AM. You can bring Tuesday items in on Monday if that is better for you. 

OUR SINCEREST GRATITUDE GOES OUT TO ALL THE FAMILIES WHO HELP TO MAKE THIS WEEK A SUCCESS. We could not do this without you!!

**If you bring your dish in a crockpot or dish that you would like returned, please put your name and phone number ont the dish/pot. I will leave them in the office for you to pickup the same day.
