Multicultural Night

Food From Around the World

Hi Cub Families,

As another showcase to our MultiCultural Night, we are asking for donations of 'food from around the world'.  The dish can be something from your own culture/heritage, or an ethnic dish of your choice!  This will not be a dinner, but simply a sampling of food for people to enjoy.  Make as many portions as you'd like (appetizer-sized portions are ideal) and they can be sweet OR savory dishes, but keep in mind that many have allergies, so please, NO NUTS and have your dishes labled with a list of all ingredients, as well as your family name.  This is great time to get your kids in the kitchen and pass down those old family recipes!

If you are interested in participating, please sign up and comment with the type of dish you plan to make.  If you are not sure what you'd like to bring, you can still sign up to show interest and just put 'undecided' in the comments. Please feel free to bring a dish, even if there are no more slots available!

We are also in need of a few volunteers to help serve/clean that evening so if there are any siblings that need volunteer hours, this is a great opportunity for them to earn a quick hour or two.

Questions? Comments? Ideas? Please email [email protected], subject line - Multicultural Night. Thank you so much for your participation and for helping take CTES families (and their tastebuds) on a trip around the world!
