East Valley Vineyard Church
We are so excited to be back in-person starting Saturday, January 2nd. With this shift to in-person services comes a need for workers to help us accomplish all of the requirements for being in the building. Below are descriptions for the Greeting Crew and the Clean-up Crew. Please consider signing up to help if you plan to attend Saturday services.
Greeting Crew Procedures (2 people):
- Arrival Time 5:40 PM
- Make sure tables are out in foyer
- Open exterior door until service begins
- Open interior door to the sanctuary
- Place masks, sign-in sheet, pens and children’s coloring packages on tables
- Welcome guests, remind them to sign-in, wear mask at all times or offer a disposable mask if needed, and restrooms are one perston at a time
- Clean touched pens
- Remain at greeting station during service
Clean-up Crew Procedures:
Following Sat. Service (7:00pm-7:30pm)
Standard Cleaning Procedures
- Vacuum carpets and wipe hard surface floors to remove any visible spills or debris.
- Dispose of your garbage in the bins outside the kitchen door.
- Reposition any chairs that might have been moved
COVID-19 Disinfecting Procedures
- Use Ionizer in all locations people have been after the service
- If restrooms were used, spray toilet seats, flush handles, knobs, faucets, and paper towel dispensers. Let air dry.
