Thursday - Set Up
fill water jugs; large canopies; all weather permitting
Friday - Set up Afternoon
Set up Food tents and weigh them down with jugs- hang up decorations etc.
Saturday - Set up
Move tents or other items from Friday Night- Final clean up from Friday Night-
Help deliver extra sterno, forks, napkins, etc to country tents from our supplies inventory
Food Warmer help
We need someone with arm strength to help move trays of food in and out of the food warmers
Must be 21 or Older- Hand out wristbands for those drinking
Must have Medical License or Certification (LPN, RN, BSN, EMT, DR, DO)- You will be free to roam the Feast while "on call" with a walkie and a first aid kit. Report to Volunteer Check in to get your supplies

Adults only please! Spin cotton candy (very hot)
Games and Attractions
Manage the area where attractions are -- resetting some table games, timing some of the larger attractions, checking wristbands, making sure minors under ten have supervision.
Assist countries with serving food in their tents
Volunteer Check In
Sign in volunteers and direct them to where they need to go; Collect diocesan volunteer signatures
Observe the Silent Auction area and answer questions
Facilities and Trash
Take full trash bags to dumpster behind Aquinas Hall- Make sure bathrooms have supplies-
Friday - move items to where they need to be for Saturday- Saturday - Collapse food tents and tables/chairs- take down decorations and signs-
