08.25.2022 Pediatric Pfizer (5-11yrs)

Pfizer vaccines are available for those who age 5-11 years old. Parent or guardian must be present.

1st Boosters Available for:

• Most children, at least 5 months after the final dose in the primary series
• Children who are moderately or severely immunocompromised, at least 3 months after the final dose in the primary series.

Please bring consent form and vaccination card to your appointment.  Please only arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Masks are required.
