Moderna vaccines are available for those who are 18 years or older:

The 1st Booster is available 5 months or greater after primary series.

The 2nd Booster is available 4 months or greater after 1st Booster.  Currently, available only for age 50 years and older (unless immunocompromised).

Immunocompromised persons have a different schedule and should discuss with a Health Department nurse.

In most situations, Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines are preferred over the J&J/Janssen COVID-19 vaccine for primary and booster vaccinations due to the risk of serious adverse events.

Please bring consent form and vaccination card to your appointment.  Please only arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment.  Masks are required.
