Hi Admin Istrator,
Yes, you will be able to create a report across mutliple sign ups. You can choose to run the report for members of a specific group or for all members signed up across all of the sign ups. We are happy to help answer specific questions if you contact us directly via the 'Help' tab under "More" at the top of the page.

Our organization is working from a set pool of volunteers and we total hours at the end of the year for reporting purposes to our University affiliation. Is there a way to pull a specific person's hours from across multiple activities? Would SUG be able to collate hours individually from these multiple signups at the end of the year?

Hi Volunteer Administrator,
Yes, you can certainly run volunteer hours reports for your past sign ups. When you select which sign ups to include, you will see a button to "Show Older Sign Ups Also" at the bottom of your list of sign ups. You can also restore any archived sign ups if necessary. If you need additional help, please contact us direct via the 'Help' tab at the top of the page.

Is there any way to get hours reports for more than just the most recent events?

The data for the Volunteer Hours report is pulled from your sign up, so you would need to add the person to your sign up first. There is not a way to add people when creating the report, but you can assign hours to any slot that does not have a start and end time.
To add someone to your sign up, please go to SignUpGenius.com and log in to your account. Go to the *Created* tab to view the sign up. Locate the *Add/Edit/Delete People* button from the *Admin. Toolbar* just above your sign up. From the next page select the option to, *Sign Someone Up* in the top right corner for a standard format sign up. If the slots are full, you may need to go back and create a slot for this specific person.

is it possible for the creator to manually enter a volunteer's name and hours?

We currently show only the hours greater than zero on the volunteer hours report. You would need to compare your group list with the names listed in the report to determine those who have not volunteered yet.
To export the emails from your group, log in with your email and password. Go to the *Groups* tab located on the left side of your account page. From there, you will see the groups currently associated with your account. From the options on that screen, you will see the *Export* tab listed at the top. Click that option and you can select one or more groups that you wish to export to a CSV file. After selecting your groups, scroll to the end of the page and choose the *Export Now* button. You will then see the groups that you have successfully exported and can choose the *Download Now* button. Check the download option on your computer to locate the exported group available in a CSV file.

How do i see hours for all members of a group including those that haven't volunteered at all? I thought it would be "Show all users from group", but it was the same report as the first one. Thanks, JJ

The data for the volunteer hours report is pulled from the times listed in the sign up. As a participant, you are not able to edit this information. If no time slots are entered in the sign up, the Admin will enter the hours credited for each slot. I would recommend contacting the sign up creator via the "envelope" icon at the top of the sign up if you have any questions about this.
