To delete an image, click the "Use my own custom image with the selected theme" box under the sign up themes in Step 2. Your currently uploaded images will appear, and they will have an approved box under them with a red "X". Click on the "X" and the image will be deleted.

During normal business hours, image approval occurs within four hours, but is often much quicker. It may take a bit longer in the evening or on weekends. If you have any other questions about uploading images, please contact us directly via the "Help" link at the top of of the page.

How long does approval of an image take since I prepared my sign up but won't send it until tomorrow? The current image disappeared but nothing has yet taken its place.

I'll be happy to help you add the custom image you have selected to your sign up. Please go to SignUpGenius.com and log into your account. Click the pencil icon next to the sign up you are creating. Go to *Step 2: Themes*. Choose a theme for your sign up in the top area of this page even though you are using a custom image. This will be the background and theme for the sign up, you will also select the custom image to go with that background. Click *Continue* at the bottom of the page to proceed. Similar to other users who have posted from March through June, I uploaded an image and then am unable to proceed to the next step. I received an error message indicating that I hadn't selected a them. Please advise - thank you

Hi Jim! I'd be happy to help you add a custom image/logo to your sign up. Locate the sign up you are working with today and click the pencil icon next to the sign up you are creating. Go to *Step 2: Themes*.You will need to go ahead and choose a theme for your sign up in the top area of this page. This will be the background and theme for the sign up, and once you upload the image, you will also select the image. When the image is approved, it will replace the picture you see in the top left corner of the example. Click *Continue* at the bottom of the page to proceed. I am using my own logo.....it was uploaded correctly....is pending...box tells me I can go ahead with preparing dates/times....but when I try, it says I haven't selected a theme!

My custom image has been approved and accepted, I click on it for the theme but it still says that I I have not selected a Theme. Please advise or provide help.

Great question! If you watch our tutorials for Steps 3 and 4, you will see that you will enter all dates and time slots at Step 3 and then at Step 4 you can list the "jobs" as slots and use the "Selected dates" option to assign them to the dates/times that apply. I am trying to create a sign-up with one date, 3 different time slots, with multiple types of positions for each time slot. HOW DO I DO THIS??

To create this type of sign up you will enter all of your dates and times at Step 3. At Step 4 you can create a slot like "Volunteer" or "Conference" or "Meal" and choose a # wanted of 1. You will assign this to ALL dates and times on the sign up. This will result in one slot for one person to sign up for each date/time you entered at Step 3. I want to create a sign up where all I need are specific dates and a place for the person to sign up for that date. no other information is needed.
