If you do not want the two groups to be able to access both tabs, you could put an access code on each of the sign ups and then provide the code only to the group associated with each sign up. However, it might be best to simply remove those sign ups from the tab group and send out separate links. If you decide to add an access code, that option is available under Advanced Settings, Enhanced Security in Step 5: Settings.

I would like to have a tab for individual participants and a tab for service club participants but do not want them to be able to go back and forth to the other tab. Is is possible to have them able to access only one of the tabs? I would like 2 of us as administrators, however, to be able to go back and forth to both.

To clarify, each tab represents an individual sign up. You will need to separate out each section of your sign up into a new, published sign up before you can link it with a tab. Using the 'Duplicate' feature will make this easy to do.

I am trying to use the tab functionality as well. I see the tabs I added as a pull down list from each page, but they are not shown as tabs across the page as in the example provided. How do you show the tabs across the page?

I'm sorry the tutorial was not clear. Hopefully, you received our support email with specific instructions for your situation.
To add sign ups to a Tab Group, go to the left hand side of your account page where you will see the Pro Tools option. From that option, select the green Manage Tabs button. Click Edit next to the Tab group. On the next screen, click the Add A Sign Up button. You’ll then be given a pop up screen where you can choose the sign up from a drop down option. You will only be able to add published sign ups to your tab group, so if you do not see the sign up you are looking for, be sure to go back and publish the sign up first. You can then add the sign ups, as needed to this group. When you are finished, choose Update Tab Group. Underneath the Tab Group, you will be able to view a preview of your tabbed layout.

I purchased the protools so I could use the Tab option. I have looked at all the instructions and it is not working. I cannot get the second or third sign up to tab on to my original sign up. This should not be this hard. Everything else is very easy on your site.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to create a sign up with 3 tabs (for different classrooms) and cannot figure out how to actually get this done! I have watched all these tutorials & read all the snappy "help" comments which are anything but that… I am sure that I'm missing something that might seem obvious here, but there is no actual help available! Is there any step-by-step instructions available??? anywhere??

I am an administrator for our organizations Pro Package. I have created five signups for different ministries at our church and would like to have the tabs across the top. All five signups are currently live. When I click "Add a Signup", and "Choose a Signup", some of churches signups are listed in the drop down menu, but none of the ones I wish to add. Further, if I select the "show a button linking to other tab groups" I get a drop down menu on my signup with all the tab groups.
How do I get these listed as tabs across the top of the signup?

I signed up for the Pro package to utilize the tabbing function. I created my sign up and tabs and composed an email. However, it appears the user receives the email with 4 seperate links. See below. How can I put these into one URL and the user select from the 4 tabs across the top of the sign up similair to your examples in the video and on your site?

I would like to create 4 seperate sign up forms and link them together under one URL. I will email out and would like the user to see the 4 tabs or forms so they can open and sign up on each form. Is this possible to do without a Pro version? If so, please advise how to connect in one URL after I create 4 seperate sign up forms. Thanks!
