Participation in Round Robin sessions is permitted only at appropriate rating. (USAPA , IPTPA or BPC). Players signing up for sessions outside of their classification will be removed from the signup by the administrator. Repeated improper signups may result in suspension of signup privileges.
Players need to arrive at the courts at least 10 minutes early to register, receive court assignments. Warm up court time is permitted only within your scheduled session. Players not registered 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the session will be excluded from play. Unregistered players will be accommodated only as a replacement for a "no show" 10 minutes BEFORE play begins. Players should only sign up if they can attend the entire session, as the Round Robin rotation is disrupted if someone leaves early. Slot-sharing is permitted if captain is notified a player is unable to play six games due to physical limitation.
