Salem Jazz and Soul Festival
Hi Everyone -
Thank you to everyone who signed up already, and thank you to those still considering joining our volunteer efforts August 15 & 16.
If you have already signed up, please note: the specific details of your role - including time - is listed in the FAR RIGHT hand column on the sign up. The column on the left contains the overall schedule for each day (e.g. Saturday runs from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. - but your shift is just a part of that). If you recently received an automatic reminder from SignUp Genius, it was referring to the overall schedule, not your shift. So please be sure to have a look and make sure you take note of your own schedule!
Volunteers should arrive at Salem Willows, 173 Fort Avenue, Salem, MA in time to start their shift. Check-in as at the pavillion closest to the water - if you are facing the main stage, it would be on your right at the water. You'll see a sign! Please see Andy or Michelle to check in. If you have any questions before the event, please contact Michelle@salemjazzsoul.com. If you have questions the days of the event, please contact Michelle on 781-570-9621.
We still need volunteers to help set-up and breakdown the festival each day, so if you know anyone who is interested, please send them our way.
