Claudius Crozet Park

Pitch-in at the Park

On Sunday, April 22nd from 8AM to12:30PM, Crozet Park will host its fifth annual Pitch-in at the Park event. This event brings together volunteers throughout the community and makes it possible to complete many of the Park's 2018 maintenance activities.  Lunch is provided to ALL volunteers.

For each activity tools are provided along with any applicable instruction. Volunteers should bring work gloves, hat and sun screen. Water is provided.

The Pitch-in at the Park event is an opportunity to engage local residents to work side-by-side to help maintain the Park, a community-owned and operated Park since 1957. This is a significant effort and we need everyone's help.

In addition to the many activities during the Pitch-in, we are combining this year's event with the YMCA's removal of the big blue dome from the Crozet Park Pool. If interested in helping please sign-up via the Crozet YMCA
