Woodson Teacher Appreciation Luncheon

Volunteers are needed to set up for and serve at the Woodson Teacher Appreciation Luncheon on Tuesday, May 8th.  We also need families to share their culinary talents by making side dishes and baking desserts.  Please enter your name and contact information directly into the appropriate slot, along with a description of your side dish or dessert.  Thank you!

Please bring items in disposable containers and include disposable serving utensils.  Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for returning personal items.  If you must send in a non-disposable container or serving utensil, please place your name on it.  They hopefully will be available for pick up in the front office on May 9th.  For food-sensitive staff members, such as those with allergies, please include a card that lists the dish's name and ingredients.

All items (side dishes, desserts and beverages) need to be at Woodson by 10:00 a.m. on May 8th.  Before school starts, you or your student can leave donations in the front office, where they will be collected and brought to the luncheon.  After school begins, please bring items to Entrance Number 5 (by the Dance Studio), where someone will be available to take them between 8:30 and 10:00 a.m.  Thank you again for helping us to appreciate Woodson's teachers and staff members in such a delicious way!
