Rockhouse After School Day Camp
The cost is $255/week. This includes the activity fees, breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, and field trip costs. Our adult:child ratios are 1:12. Extra staff are taken on field trips.
This summer includes 20 field Trips, 17 exciting tracks, many crafts, games, and other activities.
Field Trips are on Tuesday and Thursday of each week. Groups 1-3 are the younger groups. They will go on Field Trip 1 on Tuesday and Field Trip 2 on Thursday. Group 4-6 are the older groups. They will go on Field Trip 2 on Tuesday and Field Trip 1 on Thursday.
You will have the opportunity to register for 1-10 weeks. The registration deadline is April 20th. Register your child for each track you desire. Only choose one track per week.
Camp tuition is billed monthly. If you wish to switch weeks or tracks or cancel attendance, please note the following deadlines to make changes. No cancellations or track changes can be made after these dates.
Cancellation or changes for the week of May 29th must be made by April 20th.
Cancellations or changes for any weeks in June must be made by May 21st.
Cancellations or changes for any weeks in July must be made by June 18th.
There is a $210 deposit required upon enrollment to secure your child’s space. The deposit goes towards the tuition for the first week of camp.
DCA student or alumni fee: $210.00 deposit
DCA non-student/non-alumni fee: $210 deposit plus an annual $50 camp registration fee.
If your child does not begin enrollment during the first week indicated, your deposit and registration fees are non-refundable.
If your family is new to DCA, you will be emailed a registration form to complete so that we can send you an invoice. Checks, cashier's checks, and money orders are accepted forms of payment. Or, if you prefer, you can pay the fees online via the “click-to-pay” link on the invoice. Keep in mind that there is a 3.5% convenience fee for credit cards.
Please note that we are completely closed on Monday, May 28th in observance of Memorial Day and Wednesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Tuition is not prorated for holidays or missed days during a week for which your child is registered.
Registration deadline is April 20th, but please register early to hold your child’s space. Once you have registered here, you will receive a full informational packet with all the field trip permission forms and additional information. These packets will be sent out in April.
