Art in Action
Art in Action is a unique PTO-supported art enrichment program facilitated by parent volunteers in the classroom during art special.
Cycle 1). Parent volunteers facilitate an art history lesson/slide show from the smart board (already created, parents just open discussion)
Cycle 2). Parent volunteers are needed to guide the students through the project.
*Please attend AIA volunteer trainings tentatively scheduled for Friday, March 9th from 9-10:30 and Monday, March 12 from 9-10:30am in the cafeteria at PES.
Project descriptions and Presentation will be sent in a separate email when volunteers sign up for the program.
Presentation books may be borrowed from Sam Hage in the Art Room. Please return books to Art Room after you facilitate.
*Parent volunteers, please be aware there may be school schedule changes (field trips, school closures due to weather,etc..) that will affect AIA volunteer times. we will do our best to update schedule so please stay tuned in to sign up genius announcements from us.
