Let's slow down our yoga practice by holding our asanas longer, getting into our connective tissue.
In this 4 week session, we'll explore yin poses and end each class with a guided meditation, chanting, visualization, or long savasana.

About the instructor
Trina Pearce, an RYT 200 instructor, is passionate about teaching yoga in an inclusive safe, environment. Trina truly believes that yoga is for everybody; she emphasizes proper alignment and modifications to fit your unique needs and goals. You chose your intention each day, and practice to suit your needs in the moment. No judgment, competition, or expectations.

Please bring a cash or a cheque, payable to QGPCA, to the first class.
Registration costs are kept as low as possible for our community programs. If you register for one of our community programs, you are committing to paying for the full program.
If your teen would like to try the program first, they are welcome to register for a drop-in session. I they'd like to join the full session, we'll just apply the drop-in fee to the registration payment! If you can't commit to the entire session then the drop-in option is your best bet!
