With many policy decisions being made in Raleigh that impact PAs across the state, from Medicaid reform to scope of practice changes, it is imperative that we advocate for the PA profession down at the legislature. Please join us on WEDNESDAY, MAY 30 at the North Carolina General Assembly- we will receive a crash course on lobbying from our Government Affairs consultant, Sarah Wolfe, and she will coordinate meetings with our local legislators while we are in Raleigh! Additionally- we will set up a booth in the legislative building so that legislators, staffers, and members of the public can come by and learn more about our profession.
