Home and School Stewardships
This is a required commitment for 7th Grade Families. Other volunteers are welcome to sign up.
Chairperson - The chair/co chair communicates with the principal and Home and School Board, organizes the 7th grade families and any other volunteers, directs plans in conjunction with the theme, coordinates the catering service, and sends out invitations. The theme of the Dinner Dance and all aspects are subject to the approval of the principal. The budget and all expenditures are subject to the approval of the principal and the Home and School Board.
Volunteer - Volunteers assist the chairperson in planning and hosting a dinner dance for the 8th grade and their families. Sub-Committees include: planning, decoration, event set-up, serving, and event clean up.
