Party Volunteers

Each month RCC celebrates all of our wonderful children by throwing a large birthday party at Hollybook (RCC's west campus). There are many ways to get involved and help out. You can help one of our teams that assist putting on the birthday party. Or you can help out by bringing a food item to the party. Thanks so much for your help in making RCC's monthly birthday parties a huge success!!

Welcome Team (4) Greet people and give out name tags.		Kristen Packard
Craft Team (4) Encourage kids to come to the art table and help them with the art project.		Audra Keller
Games Team (4) Encourage kids to participate in, and help them play the games.
Set Up Team (4) Set up tables, chairs, tent and help with other tasks to prepare for the party. If possible, please arrive at 10:30am.		Craig Curell
Tear Down Team (4) Help with clean up and putting away the tables, chairs, tent and other items.		Stacy Davies (2) Craig Curell

Food Donations: Water Bottles (3) Please bring one large case of water bottles.		Kristen Packard
Food Donation: Juice Boxes (5) Please bring 30 juice boxes.

Invitation Team (2) Pass out invitations to children at Hollybrook. Jill or Craig will provide the invitations. I (Stacy) will provide you with a list of children’s names and apartment numbers. Invitations need to be given out the Wednesday or Thursday before the party.
